Ep. 529: Assessing our Mental Health

Guest: Jason Morehouse, HiBoop

According to The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, “Canada and the world are in the grips of a mental health crisis that ruins health, threatens lives and hurts economies."

Knowing the facts are the first steps to creating hope.” Jason Morehouse of HiBoop agrees: “Just look at the headlines on a day to day basis: mental health is top of mind.”

The challenge, Morehouse says, is “how do you know your own mental wellbeing? Where do you go for a check-up? And then what?” These are the questions he asked himself – questions for which he had trouble finding answers.

“There was a gap in available resources, so I decided to fill it,” says Morehouse. HiBoop is the website he created – a platform that consolidates standardized mental health tests and provides a comprehensive assessment.

We invited Jason Morehouse of HiBoop to join us for a Conversation That Matters about the resources needed by anyone when facing a range of mental and emotional challenges.
